It's rare when a program does everything it promises to do, and even rarer when that same program is easy to use. In this case, we're glad to say that all of our expectations were met and more! More specifically, the program promised a fast connection, lots of sources, unlimited downloading, and best of all, ease of use. We were pleased to see that everything worked almost immediately, installing and configuring with virtually no user input. Just plug and play! Just a couple of years ago using a file-sharing application was pretty difficult. We're glad to see that's all in the past now - setting up this software was a breeze and using the program is so easy that anyone can do it. But on the off-chance that you do run into problems, there's always the email support. When we sent them a test message it took just a couple of hours for them to get back to us, which is faster than most other services that we've tried. By far this is the easiest program we've tried to date. The most amazing thing about this software - besides how easy it is to set up - is the sheer variety of stuff you can get. If you want it, they've got it. Transfer times can be a little slow during peak hours, but this is overshadowed by the fact that even if it doesn't download immediately - rest assured, you can find just about anything you're looking for. After we got everything installed and configured (which took a surprisingly short time), the first impression we got was of an enormous selection. We took the program for a test drive and found almost everything we could think of, in very short order. The stuff we didn't find the first time around we did on the second test run a few hours later. Needless to say, were impressed. We've never seen this much variety before and although the site's navigation leaves something to be desired the program certainly deserves our recognition. Despite the hyperbole of the front page, this software does enable access to a large selection. After installing the software and running it we had access to a vast library of music and music videos. We were impressed, and doubly so after sending a test message to tech support. They responded in just a couple of hours, which is much faster than some other companies considering that the reply was clearly written by a human being rather than an automated system. The price is definitely worth it in exchange for the real tech support. This program is fairly quick. It downloads quickly and installs easily and searching for files is a snap. Ease of use aside, the sheer number of sources for files means that every file downloads fast - definitely a plus for users in a hurry. We really couldn't see any downside to this program except that the interface could use a tad more polish. Other than that, it's a great program. Very polished. That's the impression we took from this program, after using it for a few minutes. It's obvious how much care was taken to make this program as easy to use as possible, and how carefully the interface has been arranged, to make things as easy as possible for the user and performing a search yields a surprisingly high number of results and sources, making downloading easy as pie.
