I understand Stevia is a good natural sweetener (don't screw with that Splenda trash, its just as bad!) and there are even cookbooks for Stevia in place of sugar. I can buy the drops at my holistic provider's office (Rootbeer float? Just get the R.B. drops and add club soda and... oh shoot? Sugar free ice cream? Well, you can still have the root beer.). Anyway, there are ways around knocking out sweets altogether... and therefore our all around morale.

RED WINE has antioxidants??? Hello there! : D Nice to know I'm actually helping myself by having that glass of wine with my dinner. I try not to drink too much, but I DO tend to use the bigger wine glass and drink 2, maybe 3 of them. I usually stop after 2, though. I'm more likely to drink more socially, particularly on special occasions such as New Years Eve, my birthday, or something like that. However, I learned last year (N.Y.E. 2007) NOT to have 7 drinks! I didn't do that last week.

i'm gonna take you on that~!! I will take out sugar for two weeks and see what happens. "Junk" skin, is what I have, and I eat mainly rice and vegetables.

Just watched this vid. I've been eating healthier for 2-3 months and I just noticed a rash I had on my head that wouldn't go away no matter what I did is now completely gone. :)

My acne went away when I STOPPED eating ALL DAIRY products. I avoid chocolate too. |
